Returning Sunshine

Have you ever observed how the sun always returns?  Of course you have.  Everyone observes it.  Few of us consider the fact that no matter what has happened yesterday (snow storm, rain, winds), there is always the potential for a warm sunny day to be next.  The sun always returns.  I personally liken the sun to my "Source".  As in, my source of spiritual energy...The Light...My Creator...My Lord or God.

We who have been coming together as CBA Group all see our source as something unique and we all respect one another's beliefs

But one thing that has been repeatedly emphasized is that there needs to be a Source for each one of us.  Whoever, whatever we believe, we must believe in it passionately and wholeheartedly.  If we do not, we cannot expect the magic to happen in our lives.

This point was also a part of Janet's discussion during our Meetup on Wednesday, December 21st.  We had a small but very amazing turnout at the Warwick Public Library.  The discussion centered around a piece of literature by Author and Personal Development coach Darren Hardy.  His book is entitled:  "Living your best year ever".  As a group we gained insight on the ways in which we can improve certain desired areas of our lives, such as in regards to relationships, business and our physical needs.

A very important approach to self-realization, according to Janet Thacker Personal Coach, is to always use "I am" statements.  For example, as we set goals, it is best for us to envision ourselves already having attained it.  "I am experienceing excellent Health", "I have a great relationship with my Mother", etc...

The "I am" statement is a great way to start on the path of improvement.

More on this and so many other similar stories soon!
